I would like to share the books I have read lately, hoping than some of the visitors to
the site, will send me some others titles , to able me to enlarge my library.
I would like to open the list with one of my favorite, than I read and read and read!!!!

- Recognition for her tireless community volunteer work across Central Australia.
- A passionate historical researcher from Alice Springs who has contributed greatly to
our understanding of the challenges faced by pioneers who settled this country.
- A renowned Centralian Australian historical writer, published author and was
instrumental in setting up a small archival group of local people interested in
preserving the history of Alice Springs.
- She became a blood donor before there was a blood bank in Alice Springs
- Also an excellent potter Cats and lizards)
Shirley born in 1934 in Melbourne left a job at Channel 7 to venture in the Center of
Australia in 1961.
